Founded in 2005 by Grae Verlin, "Wine-ing with Grae" is a wine-event production company built on the principle that wine is not for snobs, and the means to both appreciate wine and to enjoy it should be accessible to everyone.

So whether you're a neophyte who knows only that wine comes in two different colors and is made from grapes, or a casual drinker who tends to order the same wine, or an avid collector on the prowl for a '75 Pètrus or an '82 Mouton, the Wine-ing with Grae experience takes the intimidation out of wine and makes it fun, accessible and life-enhancing.

The Founder

Introduced to the world of wine by notable wine collector Steven Verlin, Grae became entranced by the wine experience and began organizing wine tasting events over a decade ago.

In 1998 Steven and Grae partnered with restaurateur Gino Diaferia and fellow wine collector Park Smith to create Veritas, a Manhattan restaurant and wine bar offering one of the world's great wine lists.

As Grae's experience grew she sought a way to share the knowledge that enhances our enjoyment of wine, while keeping the fun and convivial spirit than defines a great wine event.

Grae's passion, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit finally came together in "Wine-ing with Grae", a game that brings wine knowledge, game play and social enjoyment together in an irresistible combination.
